I have extensive SEND and Early Years' experience, alongside my more recent move into strategic management. I completed the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers 2 years ago and continue to invest in my own personal learning and career development.

I have been teaching at Roecroft for 10 years. I lead on many areas of school life including safeguarding and the curriculum. I also lead our values based education which encompasses positive behaviour and pupil well-being. I run staff induction in school and mentor our early career teachers. I have vast teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and am the deputy lead moderator for the local authority for this age range.

I support staff with the identification of children with special educational needs, while also drawing on my many years of teaching experience to provide staff with the support needed, to ensure that pupils are fully able to access school life and reach their full potential.

I am the Early Years Lead Professional and Cygnet class teacher and have been fortunate to teach at Roecroft for the last 13 years. I am the phase leader for the Reception team, have vast experience in Early Years and as part of this role I run the smooth transition from our many feeder pre-schools and nurseries into school.
Within school I am part of the school Designated Safeguarding team, the Educational Visits Co-ordinator so oversee all our trips and visits outside of school, as well as liaising with and supporting FORLS volunteers who work tirelessly to support and raise funds for our school. I am also an Induction Tutor for Early Career Teachers (ECT's) who are at the start of their careers in teaching.

Helping each child progress in all areas of their development and striving to create a fun, nurturing environment for all children to thrive. I am ecstatic to be working in the wonderful Gosling class. I have been teaching in lower schools for over 12 years and have experience in the Early Years and have also taught in KS1 and KS2. I am particularly passionate about working in the Early Years and strive to foster a fun, nurturing and safe environment in which all children feel valued and can thrive. In addition to being a class teacher, I am the Art subject lead, a role I am very much looking forward to getting stuck into.

This will be my 6th year working within Roecroft. I started as a Midday Supervisor and slowly transitioned into EYFS, offering extra support across all three classes.
Currently, I work in Reception's Gosling class as a Learning Support Assistant. My favourite subject to support is Art and I get to use my creative skills for display work and our fun role play areas.

I recently graduated from university where I did the Bachelor of Education degree. Throughout my training I had the opportunity to teach in key stage 1 classes across Hertfordshire, as well as volunteering in key stage 2 classrooms.
I am currently class teacher for Year 1 Robin Class and aim to take on more roles in school as I progress within my career. I am really excited to be at Roecroft and gain even more experience.

I have recently joined Roecroft Lower School, as the class teacher in Goslings. This is my fifth year of teaching in Reception, having previously taught the year group in another setting. I thoroughly enjoy being part of the children's first year at school and look to make sure that they have the best and happiest start possible.Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I am the subject lead for Computing. I am also going to be supporting the Year 4 Eco Warriors. This year, we will be working towards achieving 'Platinum Level' of the Green Tree School Award. -

I am the current teacher for Puffin class after recently completing my Bachelors of Education at university. I am so excited to be working at Roecroft Lower School and can't wait to begin my career as a teacher here. Prior to attending university, I worked as a Learning Support Assistant for two years which provided me with a lot of knowledge and experience to build on during my university course and placements.
I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to blossom, achieving their full potential, as well as developing their love of learning.

Hello, my name is Mrs Snowden and I work in Penguin class, I enjoy being in the classroom and helping the children during their lessons. I am also a Midday Supervisor at lunchtime which allows me time to interact with children across all years as they have fun during the lunch hour.
Outside of school I love spending time with my family and keeping fit.

I have been at Roecroft for nearly two years. I am one of the 1:1 LSAs and I am based in Puffin class in Year 1. I love to see how the children's imaginations work and how privileged we all are to be in an awesome school like Roecroft. The resources that the pupils have available to them are amazing and I am sure that contributes to all the outstanding work that they do.
Outside of school I have twin girls so I don't have much spare time, but when I do I like to watch box sets and try my hand at floristry.

I am the KS1 Lead at Roecroft, having taught Year 1 and 2 over the past 7 years and KS2 at a previous school. I have also had various subject lead roles and now lead history, whilst coaching our other foundation subject leads too. I also oversee and organise our phonics programme across the school and use this knowledge to run sessions for SCITT, our local teacher training school. I am passionate about teacher development, having also mentored SCITT students and NQTs and I am currently completing my NPQ in teacher development.

I have been teaching at Roecroft for 8 years and I am subject lead for Design and Technology, which involves supporting staff and teaching children a wide range of practical skills required for a modern practical environment. I am also subject lead for Modern Foreign Languages. I recently became a Level 1 archery coach and run an afterschool archery club.

I began teaching at Roecroft in January 2023, having recently moved to Stotfold with my family. I love the community feel we have here and look forward to learning about all of the new children each year. Alongside my classroom responsibilities, I am the subject lead for PE.

Before coming to Roecroft I spent 14 years working within the EYFS at a Nursey setting alongside volunteering at many youth groups such as Beavers and Cubs. I have now been an LSA for the past 2 years, working in KS1. My role is to support the children's learning, whether it be in a group or 1:1. I am also here to support the children in being happy and to feel safe within the school setting.

I have vast experience of many subject leads over my time at Roecroft, but for the most time I have led Science where I achieved our silver PSQM award.

This will be my 8th year at Roecroft. For 7 years I was an LSA in Year 4 but this year I am the LSA for Kestrel Class in Year 3. I work in groups and on a 1:1 basis in and outside of the classroom with children that may need a little extra support with their learning. It is such an amazing privilege to watch these children become more confident and progress in all areas and grow to reach their full potential.

I'm Mrs Senior, I have been at Roecroft quite a few years, working in Years 1, 2, 3 and 4! At present I am working in Year 3 and I also help out with Breakfast Club and after school Enrichment club. I enjoy working with the children helping them progress in their learning.

I am the Year 4 Phase Leader and Eagle class teacher. I have been working at Roecroft for 6 years and have taught across Key Stage 2. I also look after the Year 4 House Captains working with them to promote our school values, collect house points and run inter-house competitions. Alongside this, I have been leading English at Roecroft for the last five years, in this role I develop our English curriculum and support staff with my in-depth knowledge. As part of my role, this year I am going to be completing an NPQ in Leading Literacy.

This is my third year at Roecroft Lower School and I am excited to be joining the Year 4 team and being Hawk's class teacher. In my first two years I was Puffin class teacher in Year 1 and learnt so much from other colleagues which allowed me to get stuck into the teaching role. This year, I am looking forward to stretching my teaching abilities further, teaching a more challenging curriculum and getting the best out of the children. In Hawk class, learning is fun and engaging in which all children have the opportunity to shine in their own individual way.

Hi, my name is Miss Sumal. This is my fifth year working at Roecroft - I started working in Year 3 and then moved up to Year 4 and have been there ever since. I enjoy working with small groups of children with my Mental Maths and Reading Comprehension groups and love helping the children prepare to take their next steps moving up to their new schools.
Outside of school my hobbies are rollerskating, reading, playing badminton and relaxing and meditation.

I am the pupil premium teacher and lead at Roecroft Lower School. My role is to ensure our disadvantaged children reach their full potential, through providing academic support in English and Maths and through providing enrichment activities. I am passionate about our enrichment curriculum as I believe it provides opportunities for our children to develop their character through Resilience, Risk Taking, Self-esteem, Team Building and Curiosity (RRSTC), as well as helping to diminish barriers to learning such as attendance, attitude, behaviour, well-being and emotional difficulties. I have over 10 years of teaching experience but have enjoyed working at Roecroft the most!

My role is to support children with developing their speech and language needs. I work with class teachers and LSAs to support the delivery of activities provided by the NHS Speech therapists who assess the children in school. I have regular contact with parents to keep them involved in the process and track the children's progress accordingly.
During the school day I run a variety of nurture-themed interventions on a 1:1 basis and in small groups for children who need social and emotional support through playing games, discussion, and art activities. As a school we work closely with external agencies to help us identify children who need support and give us guidance on the best way to help our children and families in difficult times.

My main responsibilities are pupil attendance and admissions, monitoring staff absences and booking staff training, creating the school newsletter, and Stotfold News updates along with first aid, general reception duties and clerical support.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym and spending time with my family and friends.

I have been part of the Roecroft family for the past 18 months. I currently work in Key Stage 2 as a 1:1 LSA, I thrive watching the children in my class learning and interacting with their peers. When I joined the school I took on the role of Senior Midday Supervisor, and still enjoy this job everyday. Doing this role gives me the pleasure to spend time with every child in the school daily.
